Paris Saint-Germain on Sunday won the French Ligue 1 after drawing 1-1 with Lens. The game against Lens, who ended at the seventh place, was their sixth draw of the season. Lionel Messi, the seven-time Ballon D'Or winner, scored PSG's only goal. In the 68th minute, the Argentinian superstar handed them a 1-0 lead. Lens’ Corentin Jean scored the second goal of the game in the 88th minute.
Coming back to Messi's goal, in a crowded area on the right flank, Kylian Mbappe dribbled the ball before passing it to Neymar Jr, who carried it towards the centre. The Brazilian found an open Leo Messi on the opposite wing, who sprinted in and hammered the ball into the left top corner from outside the box.

PSG held on to the lead till the 88th minute when Lens’ Corentin Jean equalized the score 1-1. The draw gave Paris Saint-Germain tenth league title. PSG manager, Mauricio Pochettino addressed the championship triumph, as well as the fans' dissatisfaction, after the game. "We are going through a difficult period with the fans and we hope it will get better. We’re in a democracy and we accept all protests. But we have to show respect for this title," he said as quoted by Sports Tiger.
"The atmosphere is a shame. Football is our passion. We’ll try to have as much fun as possible. It’s a shame that won’t be with the supporters but we have to deal with it," Sports Tiger quoted PSG captain Marquinhos saying.
Notably, the team fans are protesting against the club for the rumoured transfer of Paul Pogba. The fans feel that the club overpaid for the French mid-fielder.
