Pakistan took on Bangladesh in Adelaide in the ongoing 20-20 World Cup. It was their last game on the group stage. However, before this clash, South Africa lost to the Dutch and they got out of the tournament. So, both the teams were looking to win this match in order to seal their place in the semi-finals.
However, Pakistan managed to hold their nerves. They managed to defeat Bangladesh by five wickets. But, an incident occurred during the match which the fans found very funny. The incident involved Litton Das as the video went viral on social media platforms.

Pakistan chased down the target with 11 balls to spare vs Bangladesh
Speaking of the video, the incident took place during the 18th over of Pakistan’s innings. For Pakistan, Shan Masood and Iftikhar Ahmed were batting. While Mustafizur Rahman was bowling for Bangladesh in that over. On the third delivery of that over, Masood dug out a yorker from Mustafizur.
Litton Das picked the ball up and threw it toward the stumps. But, eventually, it hit the on-field umpire, Joe Wilson, on the side of the thigh. Wilson may have saved four. Fans found the whole incident funny as they shared the same video on social media platforms. Speaking of the match, Bangladesh won the toss and choose to bat first. But, while batting first, they scored only 127 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. For Pakistan, Shaheen Afridi took four wickets for 22 runs in his four overs.
In reply, Babar Azam and Rizwan gave a slow but steady start to their team. Bangladesh bowlers tried hard to pick up quick wickets. Pakistan managed to chase down the target in just 18.1 overs, with five wickets to spare. Mohammad Haris scored 31 runs off 18 balls, including one four and two sixes. Shan Masood remained not out on 24 runs as the Men In Green qualified for the semi-finals with this win. Shaheen Afridi won the player of the match award for his bowling performance in the match.
