In the ongoing second season of the Legends League Cricket 2022, the fans have been enjoying watching the yesteryear heroes on the ground. During the tournament, the fans have been able to reminisce about their old days due to some spectacular performances. Meanwhile, an ugly incident happened during the first Qualifier game between India Capitals and Bhilwara Kings. Apparently, Yusuf Pathan and Mitchell Johnson had a physical altercation.
The incident happened during the penultimate over of the Kings' innings. In the video, the two-time ODI World Cup winner for Australia said something provocative. This resulted in a heated reaction from Pathan. However, at this point in time, none of them got involved with each other physically. After a few seconds, the left-arm pacer pushed Yusuf which is why the umpire had to intervene.

Following the incident, the two-time World Cup winner for India went on to hit 16 runs in the next three deliveries. On the other hand, his team management went on to complain about Johnson's unruly behavior. Meanwhile, talking about the game, Bhilwara batted first after winning the toss. Thanks to the fifties from William Porterfield (59) and Shane Watson (65) and cameos from the Pathan brothers, Yusuf (48) and Rajesh Bishnoi (36*), the team reached a competitive total of 226/5.
However, the Capitals ensured that they chase down the target despite losing early wickets. They were in deep trouble after losing three wickets for 48 runs. Ross Taylor (84) played a gem of an innings to keep the side in the game. In the end, Ashley Nurse (60*) and Liam Plunkett (20*) ensured that their side won the game with three balls to spare and four wickets in hand. With this win, the Capitals have now qualified for the final and wait for the winner of the Eliminator game between Gujarat Giants and Bhilwara.
