Pakistan team are currently busy playing the T20I tri-series in New Zealand. After losing the home T20I series against England, they were looking to do well in this series ahead of the 20-20 World Cup. However, they have qualified for the final of the series along with the home side, New Zealand.
Mohammad Rizwan has been enjoying terrific form with the bat in teh shortest format of the game. Currently, he is the number one ranked batter in the format around the globe. But, an old video from 2021 went viral on the internet where Rizwan got involved in a funny incident.

Mohammad Rizwan has scored 167 runs in four innings so far in the ongoing tri-series in New Zealand
Speaking of the video, Pakistan's players were playing football during a practice session in the 20-20 World Cup 2021. Mohammad Rizwan was also there, participating in that training. But, when the ball came to him, Rizwan tried to hit it as he tried a volley.
Then, he missed it completely and fell down on the field. His epic fall left other teammates in laughter. Speaking of the performance of Mohammad Rizwan in that World Cup, he scored 281 runs in six matches. He smashed those runs at an average of 70.25, including three fifty-plus scores. Rizwan’s form was instrumental as Pakistan reached the semi-final of that World Cup before losing to the eventual champions, Australia.
Speaking of his current form, Mohammad Rizwan has been doing well ahead of the 20-20 World Cup. In the ongoing tri-series in New Zealand, he has scored 167 runs in four innings so far. Rizwan has batted at an average of 55.66, including two fifty-plus scores. Pakistan have won three out of four games in the series. Thus, they ended up in the second spot following New Zealand with six points. Now, they will be in action against New Zealand in the final of the series on 14 October 2022 in Christchurch.
