Watch: MS Dhoni poses for an ad shoot, emulates several cricket shots

It has been almost three years since MS Dhoni last played an international game, as he only plays for Chennai in the Indian T20 League. But, his massive fan following always attracts brands to make him the face of their company. He is often busy with the shoots of the many brands he represents. Yet again, MS Dhoni was spotted posing for a photoshoot of a brand advertisement.

A video from his recent ad shoot surfaced on the internet, where he was seen striking different shots from his cricketing armory.

Apart from the ad shoots, MS Dhoni has been very busy with the Chennai franchise for the discussion of the upcoming ITL mega auctions. He was spotted in a hotel in Chennai a week ago. He was earlier retained by the team along with three other players.

Ravindra Jadeja was retained as the primary player for 16 crores. MS Dhoni was paid 12 crores for the second spot. Meen Ali and Ruturaj Gaikwad are the other two players retained for 8 crores and 6 crores respectively. They now have a budget of 48 crores left in their purse.

Bangalore will host the mega auction on the 12th and the 13th of February. The tournamnet is speculated to begin in the last week of March and will end in the last week of May.

Apart from shooting for ads and playing for Chennai, MS Dhoni is also working on a new graphic novel project. The graphic novel web series is titled' Atharva: The origin". The teaser for the series is already out where MS Dhoni is seen sporting a look of a Mytholigcal character. The novel is based on Ramesh Thamilmani’s work and is a mythological sci-fi web series.
