In the meantime, Dhoni attended the second ODI of India's tour of England at Lord's on Thursday. He also met with his former Indian teammates Suresh Raina and Harbhajan Singh at the venue. Raina posted the pictures of all of the together, which went viral. "Great watching the boys in blue @harbhajan_singh @msdhoni," he captioned the tweet.

As for the match, India suffered a 100-run defeat when chasing a 247-run target. The toss was won by Rohit Sharma, who elected to bat first. Yuzvendra Chahal's brilliance limited English batters, striking out four. Moeen Ali led England in the innings with 47 runs in 64 balls. Jonny Bairstow (38 runs off 38 deliveries) and David Willey (41 runs off 49 deliveries) both contributed to their total.

In their innings, India, on the other hand, had a batting collapse. England bowlers performed an outstanding job in limiting the visitors to 146 runs. Hardik Pandy and Ravindra Jadeja were India's leading scorers, each scoring 29 runs in 44 balls. The standout bowler was Reece Topley, who finished with the figures of 24/6 in 9.5 overs. He currently has the best ODI bowling stats by an Englishman.

With this victory, Jos Buttler's team levelled the series at 1-1. In the first match, India defeated England by 10 wickets at the Kennington Oval in London. The series decider will take place on July 17th at Manchester's Old Trafford. Both teams will look forward to ending the series on a high note.
