Watch: Mumbai franchise share heartwarming video of Rohit Sharma and daughter Samaira

The most successful captain in the Indian T20 League history, Rohit Sharma has arrived in Mumbai to play for the team. He transferred from a bio-bubble in Bangalore to a bio-bubble in Mumbai. He recently captained India for the first time in a Test series and had great results as he won the two-match series 2-0.

From there on, he has moved from bubble to bubble to play for Mumbai in the Indian T20 League. The team's official Instagram handle has posted a video of him arriving at the team hotel along with his family. "One & only 𝗛𝗜𝗧𝗠𝗔𝗡 x 𝟰𝟱," the caption of the post read.

He entered the hotel with his daughter Samaira and Ritika Sajdeh was also seen in the background. He took Samaira on a tour where the previously won trophies by the team were kept on display. Notably, Mumbai won all its trophies under Rohit Sharma.

Mumbai is preparing for the 15th edition of the ITL and is all geared up to take on the chances to win their sixth title. The last season was not as per what they would have wanted it to be but would hope to change that this time. They have a very well balanced squad and some great match-winners. They also managed to retain a part of their core in the retentions and mega auction. All these players have a huge responsibility to carry forward the team's legacy.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma had a great run as a captain against Sri Lanka. They whitewashed them in the T20 games and Tests as well. Rohit Sharma took it to Instagram to share his experience. "A lot happened during this test match, one to remember in days to come," he captioned the post.
