The Rajasthan team is all set to play their next game of the Indian T20 League 2022 against Mumbai on Saturday. The men in pink will give a special tribute to Shane Warne, who led the team to Rajasthan's only Indian T20 League title win in 2008
In the match against Mumbai, Rajasthan will don a customized jersey with 'SW23' written on the collar of each player. Notably, Shane Warne played his last game in the tournament against Mumbai. In addition, Rajasthan won the 2008 final at the same venue, DY Patil Stadium.
Ahead of the game, Rajasthan took to Twitter to pay tribute to the legend of the game. They posted a video in which the team members speak on the influence Warne had on Rajasthan. 'There are instances where you can say the team still feels his presence," read the caption.

Jos Buttler highlighted Warne's charisma and how he made people feel good about themselves when they were around him. "The belief he could instil in others, I think, was the biggest thing I took away, you know. Think he made you feel 10 feet tall when you were around him," he said.
Yuzvendra Chahal also said that he thinks Warne's wishes are with him. "I think his wishes have and always will be with him," he said. Romi Bhinder, the team's manager, shared an amusing incident about Shane Warne. He gave Warne's picture on the wall a high five. Bhinder believes that the fact that Rajasthan players still sense Warne's presence around them is Warne's greatest contribution to the franchise.
Meanwhile, the Rajasthan team has had a great season so far. Having won six of their eight games so far, Rajasthan currently stands at the second spot in the points table.
