Robert Lewandowski, who moved from Bayern Munich to Barcelona last month, has had a great start for his new club. In the La Liga game against Real Sociedad on August 21, he scored his maiden goal for the club in the first minute of the game. Interestingly enough, he did this on the day of his 34th birthday. He was assisted by a great pass from Alejandro Balde inside the penalty area.

However, this wasn't his only goal in the game. In the 68th minute of the game, Ansu Fati executed his second assist of the game and passed the ball to the Polish player. The latter did the honors and scored the second goal of the game. Barcelona won the game by 4-1. Apart from Robert, the likes of Fati and Ousmane Dembele scored one goal each. For Sociedad, Alexander Isak scored the equalizer in the sixth minute of the game.

However, the win for the Spanish club wasn't as easy as it looks like. After the first half, the game was leveled 1-1. In the 64th minute of the game, coach Xavi Hernandez decided to send Raphinha and Fati into the game. The decision proved decisive for the team. Two minutes after the decision, Fati assisted Dembele with a brilliant heel pass. The latter executed the goal to help the side take the lead in the game once again.

After a couple of minutes, Fati assisted the 34-year-old, Robert to pile on the misery of the opposition. In the 79th minute of the game, the latter returned the favor to Ansu so that he could score a goal. This goal meant that the game was almost done and dusted in the favor of the visitors. With this win, Barcelona has now won two out of as many games and are in the second spot in the points table.
