Spanish giant, FC Barcelona have found a new gem in Ronald Araujo. Albeit the player has proved his prowess in the team, he gave one more reason to prove that he is also a man of class. Barcelona faced Elche on Saturday in LaLiga and won it 3-0.

It was during this game that the center-back proved his worth in the team. Already known for his lightning speed and quick resilience, Ronald Araujo showed why he belonged to the team when he jumped over Barcelona’s crest. While powering on the ground with the ball, the 23-year-old had to come across the crest and had jumped over it as a mark of respect.

Not often do fans get to see such class act from players. Ronald Araujo sealed the moment forever and the team management will cherish it forever too. It would be unfair to not showcase the class act and here we bring you the video of Ronal Araujo jumping over the crest:

Ronald Araujo steals the moment of the game with only a jump

The Catalan Giants looked strong against the 10-men Elche right from the start. Gonzalo Verdu’s red card bow out proved costly for the team as they struggled to face the monstrous attack of Barcelona. The unwanted incident took place in the fifteenth minute of the one-sided clash.

Robert Lewandowski provided Barcelona the first lead with a stunner at the stroke of the 34th minute. Memphis Depay backed the striker and teammate with a goal in the 41st minute and helped the Giants take a 2-0 lead. It was at this moment, towards the end of the first half, that Ronald Araujo sealed the moment of the game with his act.

Post a brief break, the match resumed with Elche hoping to match the lead. However, the dreams shattered when Lewandowski bagged his double for the game with a goal ten minutes past the resumption of the second half. Barcelona sealed the match with a 3-0 win over Elche to go past Real Madrid in the standings.
