Pakistan are getting ready to lock horns with England in the final of the ongoing 20-20 World Cup. They defeated the Kiwis in the semi-final in Adelaide by seven wickets. However, in the second semi-final, England thrashed India by 10 wickets. So, now the Men in Green will take on England at the MCG on 13 November.

However, Pakistani fans and former cricketers were in a jubilant mood after their nation qualified for the final. Waqar Younis, Wasim Akram, Misbah-ul-Haq, and Shoaib Malik are currently busy doing an analysis show named “The Pavillion”. Now, a video has gone viral from that show where Shoaib Malik was seen as emotional.

Speaking of the video, Shoaib Malik was seen shedding tears while remembering Pakistan’s 20-20 World Cup victory in 2009. Malik said that skipper Younis Khan told him to hold the trophy. He said: “ When we won the final in 2009, toh he called me and said yeh ki you hold the trophy. And that was special, very special.” While speaking about that moment, Shoaib Malik was seen shedding tears.

Other panelists also acknowledge the classy gestures of Younis Khan. However, Shoaib Malik is currently in the headlines as he is going to divorce his wife, Sania Mirza reportedly. Several reports have indicated that the former Pakistani skipper and Sania Mirza are heading for a separation. The couple has been living separately and trying to co-parent their kid Izhaan. According to recent repots by DNA, Malik cheated on Sania on one of his TV shows.

The name of Pakistani actress Ayesha Omar has come up as the reason behind such a decision between Malik and Mirza. A source close to the duo also confirmed the news of their separation. The source said: “Yes, they are officially divorced now. I can’t disclose more than that but can confirm that they have separated.” Meanwhile, Shoaib Malik and Ayesha Omar collaborated for a bold photoshoot last year.
