Watch: Sony Sports releases India Pakistan game promo on Twitter

For the second time this year in Women's Cricket, India and Pakistan will face each other on July 31. The last time both teams played each other was in the ODI World Cup in New Zealand in March this year. In that game, the Women In Blue beat their arch-rivals by a convincing margin. A few months after this, both teams will play each other but in the T20I format in the Commonwealth Games.

After playing their first games on July 29, India vs Australia and Pakistan vs Barbados, both teams will face each other at the Edgbaston stadium in Birmingham. Meanwhile, the broadcaster of the matches in India, Sony Sports Network has released a promo of the game on Twitter. After all, this game will be the most watched among the cricket fans during the multi-sport event.

Talking about head to head record between both teams in the shortest format, they have played 11 games. Out of this, India has won nine. The Harmanpreet Kaur-led side will look to maintain its winning record. On the other hand, the Bismah Maroof's troops would look to improve their performance against their arch-rivals and leave the past behind.

Both teams have a good blend of youth and experienced players. As for India, they will be the biggest contender to win the game. After all, they have the likes of Kaur, who can change the game with the bat. Apart from her, the likes of Smriti Mandhana, Pooja Vastrakar, Deepti Sharma, Jemimah Rodrigues, etc can do well in this format.
