Team India had a disappointing end to their 20-20 World Cup campaign. They lost against the eventual champion, England in the semi-final. However, Suryakumar Yadav had a good tournament with the bat. He was the second-highest scorer for the Men in Blue with 239 runs in six innings, at an average of 59.75.

He also batted at a staggering strike rate of 189.68. After that, Suryakumar visited New Zealand for both the ODI and T20I series. He had a mixed tour with the bat. In the T20I series, he scored 124 runs in two innings, at an average of 124. But, in the ODI series, he managed only 44 runs in three innings. Now, a video has gone viral which this star batter has shared on his Instagram account.

Here is the shared video:

Suryakumar Yadav is not a part of team India for the ongoing Bangladesh tour

Speaking about the video, Suryakumar Yadav was seen spending quality time with his pet dogs, Oreo and Pablo. He also shared the video with the caption: “Downtime with my pawfect buddies >> #Oreo #Pablo.” Fans found the video cute and adorable and they made the same video viral in no time.

However, Yadav is not a part of team India for this ongoing Bangladesh tour. Several reports have suggested that he play for Mumbai in the upcoming Ranji Trophy season from December 20 onwards. He can be seen in action in the second-round game against Hyderabad. In the second T20I in New Zealand, Suryakumar Yadav smashed 111* runs off 51 balls. After that inning, he spoke to the broadcasters and said that he was really happy with the way he was batting at that moment.

"In T20 cricket, a hundred is always special. But it was also important for me to bat till the end, that's what Hardik was telling me from the other end. Just try and play till the 18th-19th over, we need a score of 180-185, and really happy with the score on the board. I'm enjoying batting this way, I've been doing the same thing in the nets, all practice sessions and going out , all these things happening, I'm very happy with that," Yadav concluded.
