The Indian team is all set to take on England in the rescheduled fifth Test match at Birmingham's Edgbaston Stadium. The preparations for the all-important Test are done and dusted with, and a video from one of the practice sessions has gone viral on the internet. Former Indian captain Virat Kohli was spotted doing the Pushpa move in the video.

Pushpa: The Rise, starring Allu Arjun, has been a trendsetter since its release in December last year, and it has been enthusiastically received by the cricket world as well. Kohli has become the latest to join the trend. Virat is seen stroking his beard in the viral video, much like Arjun did in the film. Shubman Gill, who is standing nearby, can be seen laughing at Virat's gesture.

In the meantime, the 33-year-old batter would be desperate to get good results in this game. He has been out of form for a while now, but he looked in good shape in the warm-up game against Leicestershire. He scored 33 runs and 67 runs in the match, respectively. Notably, Virat has not scored an international century since November 2019. The world has awaited his 71st century for over two and a half years.

As for the match, Jasprit Bumrah has been selected captain of the Indian team in place of Rohit Sharma. The 35-year-old had to miss out on the game after testing positive for Covid-19 ahead of the match. Cheteshwar Pujara has been promoted to open the batting along with Gill in Rohit's absence. Ben Stokes won the toss at Edgbaston and decided to bowl first at the Edgbaston.
