India thumped Pakistan in the second match of the Asia Cup 2022 and all thanks to Hardik Pandya's gallantry, who won the match for India alongside Ravindra Jadeja and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar. The Pakistan team, at the end of the day, lost to the all-rounder's prowess and surrendered on the fourth ball of the last over as the latter sealed the match with a six for India. Former India skipper Virat Kohli who came into the match after a brief break got a decent score of 35.
Post-match, Indian legend Virat Kohli and star of the night Hardik Pandya took some time off to meet 'Maaro mujhe maaro' fame Momin Saqib and wished him well. The influencer went viral with his 'Maaro mujhe maaro' video after Pakistan's loss against India in the 2019 50-over World Cup. He took to Instagram to share two videos and lauded the two stars for their modesty as they spent some time conversing with the Pakistani.
In the first video, Saqib can be seen interacting with Indian legend Virat Kohli and expressing his disappointment with Pakistan's loss. However, the Bangalore batter consoled him by recalling the nature of the game and enquired about his well-being. "Aaj thoda sad hainge lekin koi ni final katthe khedange (I am a little sad today but no worries, we’ll play the final together),” Saqib told the former Indian skipper to which he replied , "eh ta chalda rehnda, good to see you (These things happen, good to see you)."
"A great sportsman and a humble personality. The one and only @imVkohli Good to see him back in form! What a game tonight! Shall see you in the Final!," the Pakistani influencer captioned the first video.

"Congratulations on the comeback after the IPL title and you also performed really well today. Good to see you, Inshallah, we will meet in the finals," he said to the all-rounder.
"Good neck-to-neck game. Despite being young and with raw talent, our bowlers did an amazing job. But you batted well to take the match away from us. Bhai tera chakka nahi bhulay ga! (Will not forget your six brother)," he captioned the second video.

India will look to make the most of the start that they have got and will also be cautious to not take Pakistan lightly. Pakistan, on the other hand, would look to make a strong comeback and no surprise if they manage to have the last laugh in the finals against India if they meet.
