The Men in Blue in currently busy preparing for their second game of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 on 27 October. They will take on the Netherlands at Sydney. However, India made a winning start to this year’s campaign by defeating arch-rivals Pakistan by four wickets. So, fans are looking to see consistency from the team in the tournament.

Speaking of the match, they took on the Men in Green on 23 October in Melbourne. Virat Kohli was the player of the match for his 82* runs off 53 balls. But, now a video went viral where Virat was seen with a nice gesture with kids before that World Cup tie.

Virat Kohli hit six fours and four sixes in his match-winning innings against Pakistan

Speaking about the video, Virat Kohli was seen coming out of the tunnel with Yuzvendra Chahal and Harshal Patel for the National anthem before that clash. Many kids were standing in a line as players go out on the field with them only. So, Virat Kohli came and met with everyone.

Finally, he stood with the specific kid with whom he was told to go out on the field. Fans loved such action from Virat as they shared the video instantly. Speaking about the match, India won the toss and asked Pakistan to bat first. The Men in Green scored 159 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. 

But, in reply, Indian batters were in trouble as they lost four wickets for 31 runs. Then, Virat Kohli and Hardik Pandya put up a partnership of 113 runs. In the last over only, India needed 16 runs. But, the batters kept their nerves and managed to win the game for India. India won their tournament opener by four wickets over Pakistan. Virat Kohli remained not out on 82* runs. He hit four sixes and six fours throughout his innings. Now, he will be in action against the Dutch at Sydney on 27 October.
