Watch: Wanindu Hasaranga imitates his favourite footballer, Neymar Jr's celebration

Bangalore beat Kolkata in a last-over thriller by three wickets on Wednesday. The match turned out to be an interesting affair as it was anyone's game until the last over. However, in the end, Dinesh Karthik sealed the deal with a six of the first ball of the 20th over. In the earlier half, Bangalore bowlers did well to restrict Kolkata to a low total. Wanindu Hasaranga, in particular, was at the top of his game.

Hasaranga picked up four wickets in his spell and conceded just 20 runs in the game. His four-wicket haul included the wickets of captain Shreyas Iyer and Sunil Narine, who were looking threatening. To celebrate all his wickets, he brought out a unique celebration.

During the post-match presentation, when he received the Man of the Match award, he was asked about his celebration to which he replied that h admires Neymar and tried to imitate his favourite footballer. "I admire Neymar a lot, and that is his celebration which I do," the all-rounder said.

Kolkata captain, Shreyas Iyer was also impressed with Hasaranga's bowling and was all praise for the spin all-rounder. "Initially, I was able to read him well, and we decided him to play as an off-spinner, but unfortunately, he bowled really good lines and lengths.." he said.

Meanwhile, Bangalore will next play against Rajasthan at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on the 5th of April.
