'We love u 3000'- Twitter erupts in joy as Glenn Maxwell gets married to girlfriend Vini

Australian all-rounder Glenn Maxwell tied the knots with his long time girlfriend Vini Raman on Friday. Maxwell had earlier made himself unavailable for Australia's tour to Pakistan for the same reason.

Vini Raman took to Instagram to post the photo of their wedding. The post received over 1.65 lakh likes in just a couple of hours. "Mr and Mrs Maxwell | 18.03.22" she captioned the post.

Many cricketers reached out to the comments section to wish the newlywed couple. "How beautiful!!! A massive congrats to you both." said former cricketer and Maxwell's teammate Shane Watson. Yuzvendra Chahal, Aaron Finch, Mitchell Johnson, and KL Rahul were among others to wish the couple.

Meanwhile, Twitter too was lit up with congratulatory messages for the couple. Glenn Maxwell's Indian T20 League franchise, Bangalore also posted a special message for the two. The post wished the two happiness for the new chapter in life.

"The RCB family is incredibly happy for Vini Raman and Glenn Maxwell on the beginning of this new chapter in their lives. Wishing you both all the happiness and peace, Maxi," read the tweet from the official Twitter handle of the Bangalore team.

Many other Twitter users also joined in the celebration as they wished the couple. "We love u 3000" a user wrote in his tweet. The all-rounder will be next seen in the ITL, playing for the Bangalore team after being retained by the franchise.
