Jason Holder was one of the most exciting buys for Lucknow in the Indian T20 League. He was rightly expected to be a hot buy in the mega auction, as the Lucknow-based franchise bought him for INR 8.75 crores. He is now available for them as he arrived in Mumbai a few days ago.

Luckow are all set to play Hyderabad at the DY Patil Stadium today. The KL Rahul-led side have won one of their two games so far. On the other hand, the Kane Williamson-led side have played only one game so far and they lost it by a big margin against Rajasthan.

In the next match, Jason Holder is sure to be in the team. He is not a player to be left out of the playing XI. However, the question is, who will make way for him in the match? Quinton de Kock, Evin Lewis, Dushmantha Chameera, and Andrew Tye were the four overseas players last time. Tye is likely to miss out on the next game, and Holder will replace him.

There are some issues with the Lucknow team that they need to resolve, but they might not make any changes. Manish Pandey is yet to fire in the competition as well, so all eyes are on him. Scores of 6 and 5 have been recorded by the right-handed batter. He is anticipated to be given another opportunity to play for the team. Most of their other players have done well and can retain a spot in the next game.

Here is the probable playing XI for Lucknow against Hyderabad

KL Rahul (C), Quinton de Kock (wk), Manish Pandey, Evin Lewis, Deepak Hooda, Ayush Badoni, Krunal Pandya, Dushmantha Chameera, Jason Holder, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan
