Team India are currently busy playing the three-match ODI series in New Zealand. While, Pakistan are preparing for the home three-match Test series against England, starting on 1 December 2022. However, India made an exit from the semi-final of the 20-20 World Cup while Pakistan lost in the final of that tournament.

However, before the tournament, both Boards of the cricket team made headlines. Asia Cup 2023 is going to happen in Pakistan. So, Jay Shah said that the Men in Blue will not visit Pakistan. So, the tournament might move to a neutral place. Regarding that, Ramiz Raja also issued a statement. Now, on 25 November, Ramiz Raja opened up again about this topic. In response to that, Gautam Gambhir’s reply has gone viral now.

“Whatever decision they take, they will take it together” - Gautam Gambhir on Ramiz Raja’s statement

While speaking to Urdu News, Ramiz Raja said: “If Pakistan doesn't take part in the World Cup scheduled in India next year, who will watch it? We have a clear stand: If the Indian team comes here then we will go for the World Cup. If they don't come then they can play the World Cup without us. We will adopt an aggressive approach. Our team is showing performance. I've always said we need to improve the economy of Pakistan cricket, and that can only happen when we perform well. In the 2021 T20 World Cup, we beat India. We beat India in the T20 Asia Cup. In one year, the Pakistan cricket team defeated a billion-dollar economy team twice."

In reply to that, Gautam Gambhir said: “This is the decision of the Indian Cricket Board and Pakistan Cricket Board. Whatever decision they take, they will take it together.” Even, Anurag Thakur had given a brutal response to ANI earlier.

“Wait for the right time. India is a major power in the world of sports & no country can overlook India,” Anurag Thakur concluded. However, team India won the three-match T20I series in New Zealand by 1-0 after the World Cup setback.
