The Men in Blue began their 20-20 World Cup 2022 campaign in Melbourne on 23 October against Pakistan. Both teams were looking for a win in the tournament opener. But, India managed to win a last-ball thriller by four wickets. However, the Pakistani actor, Momin Saqib was there at the ground to watch the mega clash.
He is known as an actor and entertainer who became a hit on the internet with his “Maro Mujhe Maro” meme. The match ended in India’s favour but a no-ball controversy happened in the last over. After that, Pakistani fans started to blame that decision made by the umpire for their loss against India. Regarding that only, now a video went viral of Momin Saqib which fans loved so much.

Speaking of the video, Momin Saqib was seen sitting with many Indian fans. He looked sad as he wanted to confirm that it was not a no-ball. Meanwhile, those Indian fans looked to console him. He even asked some fans about it. In reply to that, those fans sarcastically said that it was no ball.
Hearing that, Saqib also claimed that see, their fans are also saying that it was not a no-ball. But, fans found the video very funny as it got viral all over the internet. Momin Saqib was in the Asia Cup 2022 also. He was present in two matches where India took on arch-rivals Pakistan in Dubai. Momin also made a funny video with the former Indian player, Irfan Pathan.
Speaking about the match, Pakistan batted first and scored 159 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. In reply, the Indian batters were struggling at one time. But, Virat Kohli came up with a terrific inning of 82* runs off 53 balls. It ensured India’s victory over Pakistan at the MCG. Now, team India has reached Syndey to take on the Netherlands on 27 October 2022.
