Arjun Tendulkar does Bhangra with Yuvraj Singh’s father while training under him in Chandigarh, video goes viral

Arjun Tendulkar is currently playing in the JP Atray Memorial Cricket Tournament in Chandigarh. Recently, he has been spotted spending some time with former India cricket Yuvraj Singh's father, Yograj Singh. The latter has also played a few games for India. The senior Singh celebrated his birthday on September 27 as he turned 64. Meanwhile, in a video that is going viral, the 64-year-old is seen dancing with Junior Tendulkar.

In the video, it is clearly visible that Arjun is shy while Yograj is as full of life as he has been over the years. In recent times, the duo has been spending some time together. A day after attending a practice session at DAV College in Sector 10 recently, the young prodigy was seen training at a local gym under the tutelage of Yograj.

Meanwhile, the young left-arm pacer is switching teams in domestic cricket. After not getting chances in the Mumbai setup, Arjun has decided to shift to Goa. The 22-year-old has played two T20Is but never played a four-day game. This is the reason he has decided to switch teams. In a statement issued by SRT Sports Management, it said that it is important for Arjun to get more games at this stage of his career. It added that the change in teams might increase the chances of playing more games.

“Getting maximum game time on the ground is important for Arjun at this juncture of his career. We believe that the shift will improve the probability of Arjun featuring in more competitive matches. He is embarking on a new phase of his cricketing career,” SRT Sports Management said in a statement.

Jr. Tendulkar was also part of the Mumbai set up in the Indian T20 League seasons 2021 and 2022. However, he is yet to make his debut in the cash-rich league. It will be interesting to see i he remains in the set up after the player auction that is reported to be held in December.
