The English summer has been kicked off with the ongoing one-off Test between England and Ireland at The Lord’s in London. After this, England under the Bazball leadership will take on the arch-rivals Australia in the historic and famous rivalry of The Ashes. The Ashes 2023 will start from the 16^th of June, Friday with the first Test between England and Australia in England.

Notably, England have announced their squad for the first two Tests against Australia in Birmingham and London. Some of the expected names like Mark Wood and a few others aren’t a part of this squad for the first two Tests of the series.
