Former Indian batter and now commentator Gautam Gambhir had been in the controversial headlines for his on-field altercation with former Indian skipper Virat Kohli. Both the Indian cricketing stars were seen in a heated exchange of words with each other after a match between LSG and RCB in IPL 2023.

However, the former India pacer Praveen Kumar came up with a big statement when he was asked about the feud between Kohli and Gambhir. During an interview with Lallantop, PK was asked about both Kohli and Gambhir his bond with both the stars.

Here's what Praveen Kumar said about Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir

“Great guy. He knows how to score runs. That is why he has reached such heights. Working on his body, and proper diet - He knows it well. He is my younger brother,” said Praveen Kumar about Virat Kohli.

Furthermore, the interviewer asked Praveen about Gautam Gambhir to which he replied, “He is elder. He is my elder brother.”

In the same line of events, the interviewer didn’t miss to ask Praveen Kumar about the on-field feud and altercations between Gautam Gambhir and Virat Kohli.

“It does not matter if the elder brother (Gautam) scolds the younger one (Kohli). He is older, he can scold him,” he said.

Apart from that, the former India pacer also made a big revelation about the alleged ball tampering that used to be practised by the pacers to gain the maximum swing from the ball. He also mentioned the Pakistan bowlers.

“Everyone does a little bit; they (Pakistan bowlers) do it a bit more. That's what I've heard. Now, there are cameras everywhere. Earlier, everyone used to do it. And everyone knows as well. They would scratch it from one side. But you need to know how to use that skill, too. If I scratch the ball and give it to someone, one will need to have the skills to reverse-swing it. One has to learn that,” he added.
