England spinner Rehan Ahmed faces Visa troubles as well ahead of 3rd Test of India vs England series

The 3^rd Test of the India vs England series is also set to begin on the 15^th of February at the Saurashtra Cricket Association (SCA) in Rajkot. The series is currently levelled at 1-1 with both the teams still alive in the series. With India finalising their squad for the last three matches as well, it will be interesting to see how they will approach this game, with the likes of established players like KL Rahul and Shreyas Iyer missing right now. Some new replacements might have to be made by the home side going into the Test match that will challenge both teams.

England have some problems as well where they have already lost the likes of Jack Leach who was supposed to lead the attack and also have to deal with an out-of-form Joe Root. There has already been a replacement made for him with off-spinner Shoaib Bashir coming into the mix. Both these teams will want to get ahead in this series and look to win this Test, which is also not meant to be a rank-turner like most of the wickets. This also makes the competition even tougher with missing big players from each team right now.

Visa problems strike back

There was already a major problem with Shoaib Bashir, where he was denied entry into India after a Visa problem. This caused the 20-year-old to miss the 1^st Test in Hyderabad with Joe Root being used as a third spinner option. Unfortunately for England, that was not the last of those problems as leg spinner Rehan Ahmed has also suffered this problem. This is due to the international flight landing for the first time in Rajkot where officials from Jamnagar had to look into these immigration issues that have caused problems for the visitors.

England will want this to be sorted out quickly since Rehan has been one of their best bowlers in the series. They cannot afford another first-choice player to be missing after the fiasco with Bashir at the start of the series. There are not a lot of spin options in the England squad and they will want all of them to be present. The Visa issue has already led to someone missing out on one of the matches and with the series in the balance England cannot afford another. Rehan Ahmed will want this problem to be sorted out as soon as possible.
