The highly anticipated India vs New Zealand clash is currently in action at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala. The two best teams of the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023 are locking horns in the 21st match of the tournament. The fans are witnessing a classic contest with a brilliant game from both teams in this clash to secure the first spot in the points table of the tournament.

Meanwhile, the cricket fans happened to see something which is not very usual to witness whenever it’s about a delay in any cricket match. It happened when the game was stopped due to the fog at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamsala. At this moment, India had scored 100 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 15.4 overs, having former skipper Virat Kohli and star middle-order batter Shreyas Iyer there in the middle.

However, the match was resumed after a halt of a few minutes but it was one of the very strange reasons to stop the match midway which eventually led to attracting the eyeballs of the cricket fans on social media.

KL Rahul just fell prey to Mitchell Santner as the latter trapped him in an LBW in front of the wickets, KL Rahul scored 27 runs and stitched a crucial partnership of 54 runs for the fourth wicket with Virat Kohli.

Lockie Ferguson has scalped 2 wickets for New Zealand, alongside one wicket each picked by Trent Boult and Mitchell Santner.

Earlier in the first innings, New Zealand posted a decent total of 273 runs after losing all wickets in the allotted 50 overs.
