Rinku has played in 8 matches for India and got a chance to bat in 4 innings; in these batting appearances, he has scored 128 runs, going three times unbeaten, having an exceptional average of 128, scoring 128 runs, including a highest score of 38 runs off just 21 balls, alongside a quick cameo of 31 runs off just 9 balls in the second T20I of the ongoing five-match series against Australia.
Meanwhile, the former Indian pacer and now the commentator, Ashish Nehra came up with a big statement about Rinku Singh. The former bowling star backed the young batter to bat in the top order and also to play in the ODI format.
“Rinku Singh is someone who can bat, up the order. I can see him playing the 50 overs format,” said Ashish Nehra on Jio Cinema.
