In a recent piece of news for Indian cricket fans, Indian pacer Mukesh Kumar is about to start the new innings of his life. The star pacer is set to tie the knot with Divya Singh. Meanwhile, the bride and groom showed some dance moves at the Haldi Ceremony ahead of the marriage, the video of Mukesh and Divya dancing to the ‘Lollipop’ song started making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by a user over X (formerly Twitter).

Both Divya and Mukesh were seen dancing and making it a treat to watch for everyone who was present there in the Haldi Ceremony, including the family and close friends of both bride and groom.

Talking about cricket, the Indian Cricket Board approved Mukesh Kumar’s request for leave for the wedding, which made the selectors replace him with the pacer Avesh Khan in the playing XI of the third T20I of the five-match series against Australia. apart from this, the star Indian pacer Deepak Chahar was allowed to join as a backup resource in India’s squad for the third T20I of the series.

Amidst facing both highs and lows so far during the ongoing five-match T20I series against Australia, Mukesh Kumar is expected to make his return by the fourth T20I against Australia. Both teams will play the penultimate fixture of the series at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Stadium on Friday, December 1.

Speaking of Mukesh Kumar’s short international career so far, he has appeared in a Test, three ODIs, and seven T20Is in the Indian colours.

Talking about the ongoing five-match T20I series between India and Australia, the hosts India are leading the series by a margin of 2-1; the men in blue registered two consecutive wins in the first and second T20I, respectively followed by a 5-wicket defeat in the third T20I courtesy of the swashbuckling century scored by star Australia all-rounder Glenn Maxwell.
