During the 20-20 World Cup 2022 game between India and Pakistan, Virat Kohli hit a six in the last over of the game. Notably, Mohammad Nawaz, who bowled the last over, bowled a full toss just above the waist height. The umpires, after long deliberation, ruled it as a no-ball, and a free hit was awarded to the Men In Blue.

After this, debate among the fans brewed about whether it was a no-ball or not. Although the debate is yet to settle, Peshawar Zalmi's Mohammad Haris ' dismissal in the Qualifier Two game against Lahore Qalandars added fuel to the fire. Apparently, in the 18th over of Zalmi's innings, the right-hander, Haris tried to play a scoop shot on a full toss bowled by Shaheen Afridi.

Notably, Fakhar Zaman was stationed at a straight deep fine leg for the shot. Haris only tried to time the ball and the White Kookaburra landed straight in the hands of Zaman. Watching the replays, there were doubts about whether the ball was going above the waists. However, the umpires thought differently and adjudged it as a legal delivery.

Meanwhile, the fans are divided over the matter. They have expressed some serious opinions and have slipped with troll comments as well.
