Notably, the regular Indian skipper Rohit Sharma would not be available to play in the first of the three-match ODI series at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. He will be missing the first ODI due to personal commitments; the star all-rounder Hardik Pandya will lead the team in Rohit’s absence in Mumbai ODI.
