India vs England 2nd ODI Preview- Team predictions, Pitch Report, Live Streaming

India and England will once again take on each other in the second ODI of the series at the home of cricket, i.e. ‘Lord’s’. This game shall take place on 14^th July 2022.  The England batting lineup was seen running away from the ‘Bumrah-Shami’ hurricane in the first ODI after the duo annihilated the star-studded batting order of the team. Jasprit Bumrah registered his career-best figures of 6-19 courtesy of which India dismissed England for a meagre total of 110. The Indian opening duo of Rohit Sharma and Shikhar Dhawan played cautiously early on and gradually increased the scoring rate and chased down the target.

India:

India will be looking to win the second match as well and clinch the three-match series. They have England on their knees after their comprehensive win in the first ODI and will be looking to continue their winning juggernaut in the second ODI. The Indian team is expected to play with the same XI that played in the first ODI barring there are no injuries in the camp.

They experienced the ignominy of scoring their lowest ODI total against India in the first game. The team will be desperate for a strong comeback from their players as they take the field in the second ODI tomorrow.

Pitch Report:

The pitch at Lord’s is considered good to bat on. Any team winning the toss will look to bat. If the overhead conditions are conducive to bowling, the captain might look to bowl as Rohit Sharma did in the first ODI. The pitch gets a bit slow in the second half and the spinners come into play.
