Former legendary Indian skipper and wicketkeeper-batter MS Dhoniis celebrating his 42nd birthday today. Notably, "Captain Cool" hung his boots in international cricket almost three years back on the 15th of August 2020. In his 15-year-long international career for India, Dhoni played 90 Tests, 350 ODIs, and 98 T20Is before he bid adieu to international cricket.Ā In these matches, the 42-year-old scored 4876 Test runs, 10773 ODI runs, and 1617 T20I runs, including 6 Test centuries and 10 ODI centuries.
Apart from that, Dhoni also played some remarkable knocks throughout his career at crucial times when India required him the most. One of his careerās memorable knocks came in the historic final of the ODI World Cup 2011 when he scored unbeaten 91 runs to win the game for India including a remarkable match-winning six off Nuwan Kulasekara.
