Indian Cricket team will be getting different jerseys for both ODIs and T20Is from their new kit sponsor Adidas. It is noted that the German sporting goods multinational has been signed as a new kit sponsor by the Indian Cricket Board as announced by Secretary Jay Shah. Adidas will replace Kewal Kiran Clothing Ltd, maker of Killer Jeans, which came in as an interim sponsor after the MPL Sports pulled out of a deal midway.

Jay Shah took to Twitter to announce Board’s new partnership with Adidas. He wrote, "I'm pleased to announce Indian Cricket Board’s partnership with @adidas as a kit sponsor. We are committed to growing the game of cricket and could not be more excited to partner with one of the world's leading sportswear brands. Welcome aboard, @adidas.”

India to don New Jersey in Test Championship final

The Indian team will be seen donning a new jersey in the upcoming Test Championship final against Australia. Before that, the Indian Cricket Board has already unveiled the training kit designed by Adidas. There are photos and videos that are rolling on the internet where Indian players can be seen donning the new training kits while sweating ahead of the Test Championship Final at the Oval, England from June 7 to June 11.

The runners-up of the previous edition, India will be looking to clinch the Test mace in their second attempt. It is noted that India lost against New Zealand by 8 wickets in the final of the 2019-21 edition on June 23rd at the Rose Bowl, Southampton. India is awaiting their first international title after the 2013 Champions Trophy in England.

Meanwhile, Australia will be looking to settle scores with the Indian team in the longest format of the game. The Aussies have lost their last four Test series against India in 2017, 2018-19, 2020-21, and 2023. Now the Pat Cummins’ men will be looking to settle all things at once by winning the final against India.
