Here is how Indian fans have slammed the journalist for praising Pakistan after their World Cup final loss

Pakistan locked horns with England at the MCG in the final of the 20-20 World Cup. All fans were hoping to see Babar Azam and his men with the trophy. But, they failed to do so England defeated the Men in Green by five wickets. However, Pakistan bowlers showed a great fight after their batters failed to put up a big score on the board. 

Despite losing the final, Pakistan bowlers impressed everyone with their performances throughout the tournament. Naseem Shah, Mohammad Wasim Jr., Shadab Khan, Haris Rauf, and Shaheen Afridi put up a great show in all the matches. Pakistan had a bad start to the tournament as they lost against India and Zimbabwe.

Indian fans were not happy with the journalist praising Pakistan

Then, the Men in Green managed to win the remaining group-stage matches and qualified for the semi-final. In the semi-final, they defeated the Kiwis. But, in the final, they failed to win against England. Pakistan bowlers were instrumental in the overall journey of Babar Azam and his men. Shaheen Afridi took 11 wickets in seven matches and Naseem Shah grabbed three wickets in seven matches. Apart from them, Shadab Khan took 11 wickets in seven matches and Haris Rauf took eight wickets in seven matches. 

Mohammad Wasim JR. took eight wickets in six matches. In the final, Pakistan managed only 137 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. In reply, Pakistan bowlers managed to put up a great show as England chased it down in 19 overs. After the match, an Indian journalist was seen praising the Pakistan team among their fans. He said that the bowlers put up a great fight in the final. He also said that this team will be a great side in the coming five or ten years. Hearing such praise, Indian fans started to blame the journalist.
