India will be starting their ODI World Cup 2023 campaign with the first match against Australia in Chennai on the 8th of October, 2023.

Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma has recently come up with a statement while talking about the feeling of playing the prestigious cricket quadrennial in home conditions. Notably, it will be the third appearance of Rohit Sharma in the ODI World Cup after his debut in the tournament 8 years back in the year 2015.

"It's going to be a great experience playing in the World Cup at home, can't wait for us to take the field & be best for India,” said Rohit Sharma on the sidelines of an event of trophy and schedule-launch of the ODI World Cup 2023.
