Rohit Sharma is having a great time as an India skipper. The team has been doing very well in the white-ball formats in the last few months. However, former Pakistan skipper Mohammad Hafeez isn't impressed with Sharma's captaincy. The former said that Rohit had weak body language after the game against Hong Kong.
"Look at his expression. This was after the match was over, India won by 40 runs. I am talking about the body language when Rohit Sharma walked out for the toss. I thought it was a very weak body language. He looked scared and confused. From what I have observed during the match, captaincy is adding a lot of pressure to Rohit Sharma. He is facing a lot of problems."
"ITL did not go well for him and after ITL, he hasn't been able to regain the flow in international cricket."
Rohit Sharma is not walking the talk: Mohammad Hafeez
The 2017 Champions Trophy winner pointed out that the current India skipper is talking about playing a different brand of cricket but it isn't reflecting on the team's style of play. Hafeez also pointed out that even the 35-year-old's body language suggests otherwise.
"Also, the pressure of leading India. He has been saying a lot of things about brand of cricket, we will play positively... this and that, but it's not reflecting in the way the team is playing. It's not reflecting by his own body language. It's easy to talk but to do it and show it on the field is difficult."
"He won't continue as captain for long. His form and all things that are going on with him, from what I can see... I was also a captain, so if you are under pressure when leading the side. I have seen Rohit on a lot of occassions, he enjoys himself but now he is not expressing himself. A lot of things are going on in his mind, he is under pressure and I feel sorry for him," said Hafeez.

Bhai u said ki top 3 batters ko 30 ball 50 score karna chahiye then after 50 they should score above 200 strike rate...Now i want ur comment on ur performance.. 76 strike rate in ODI (less than jadeja) and 122 strike rate in T20i (again less than jadeja) pahle apne stats dekhiye

Rohit bad in captaincy? Let me point out India pak match.
Utilized Jadeja the better which never even msd and kohli did in t20is
Proper planning for Rizwan, proper backing the bowlers, seriously 🤣 abtk ek bhi series ni hara jbse permanent captain bna..— Atul Sharma (@atulsharrma) September 1, 2022
His expressions are like that because he wants to win properly last few overs from avesh n arshdeep costed lot of runs and hence this expression. He was good m happy and joking around with star sports team as well during toss time.

Whoever followed Rohit closely, he doesn't give much in the field as a captain, gives mostly his opinions to players after the game especially things which went wrong, Rohit was unhappy the way Ind bowled in last phases, he knows the improvement needed, not celebration. 🤝
