He was placed in the auction with a base price of INR 2 crores but none of the IPL franchises showed their interest in picking him for the 16th season of the tournament.
Speaking of MS Dhoni, he is currently in action with Chennai Super Kings as a skipper during the ongoing 16th edition of IPL. He recently made it to the headlines after his individual knock of 32 runs off just 17 balls with a boundary and three sixes to his name against Rajasthan Royals.
