Pakistan A has batted brilliantly in the ongoing Emerging Asia Cup 2023 final against the arch-rivals India A. Pakistan Shaheen posted a big total of 352 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in the allotted 20 overs. Star batter Tayyab Tahir scored a blistering century and contributed with 108 runs off just 71 balls with 12 boundaries and 4 sixes to his name.

Meanwhile, a Pakistan-based cricket journalist took to the micr0-blogging site Twitter where he tried to roast India A for their decision of bowling first.

“India A won the toss; they sent Pakistan Shaheens into bat and have now conceded 352 runs. Failed to read the pitch maybe,” wrote a Pakistan journalist in his tweet.

A highly competitive affair

Speaking of the current action of the match at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo, India have started chasing the target of 353 runs. The men in blue have scored 16 runs for no loss in 2.2 overs. At the time of filling this copy, openers, Sai Sudharsan and Abhishek Sharma were there in the middle on the individual scores of 5 and 9 runs respectively.
