Cricketers enjoy unparalleled fame in India. Their every move is watched by the public and even their personal life generates a lot of intrigue. Something like this seems to be happening with the Indian youngster Shubman Gill. The Indian batter was previously linked to Sachin Tendulkar’s daughter Sara Tendulkar, but the latest video has forced people to rethink about his relationship.
In a video that is going viral on the internet, the 22-year-old is seen with Indian young actress Sara Ali Khan in a restaurant. The two could be seen having dinner at a restaurant in the Tiktok video that has created a lot of buzz among cricket and Bollywood fans and dating rumours between the two are gaining pace.
The video which was first shared by TikToker Uzma Merchant (@uxmiholics) shows Gill and Sara at Bastian, Mumbai talking to a waiter. Gill wore a white and green shirt while Sara was seen in a pink outfit.

Notably, Sara Ali Khan is the daughter of actors Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh. Sara is also the granddaughter of Sharmila Tagore and Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. She made her acting debut with the movie Kedarnath in 2017, alongside the late Sushant Singh Rajput. Following this, she appeared in multiple movies like Love Aaj Kal, Simmba and Atrangi Re.
Earlier she was rumoured to be dating Kartik Aaryan, something that was also confirmed by director Karan Johar in an episode of Koffee with Karan.
Gill, meanwhile, is an up-and-coming cricketer in the Indian cricket team. The right-hand batter has a sensational rise in Indian cricket. The cricketing prodigy has played nine ODI matches for the national side and has made 499 runs at a mindboggling average of 71.29 and a strike rate of 105.
Shubman Gill is also knocking on the doors of the Test team’s playing XI, having made 579 runs in 11 matches. In the Indian T20 League, Gill plays for the Gujarat team who won the last edition tournament. In 74 Indian T20 League matches, Gill has made 1900 runs at an average of 32 and a healthy strike rate of 125.25.
