The craze for cricket in India is so much that sometimes people don’t care about themselves and go to any extent to just get a glimpse of their favourite player. A similar crazy moment stopped India vs Australia's second Test for some time in the national capital Delhi. An Indian fan just jumped off barricades and came on the ground to meet his idol but security officials foiled his plan and captured him.

The fan was seen roaming onto the field during the game and was captured by security officials before he could get to a cricketer. Security personnel spotted him and dragged him back to the stands. However, Indian Pacer Mohammed Shami spotted it and asked security guards to be gentle towards him. As soon the video of the incident went viral on social media, Netizens praised Shami for his efforts.

Earlier in the match, Australia won the toss and decided to bat first on a turning and bouncy wicket of Delhi. Opener David Warner, along with Usman Khawaja, added 50 runs for the first wicket before getting dismissed by Shami. Shami was the most successful bowler for India as he took four wickets in the match, including one of David Warner. Although, Spin duo Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja once again troubled the Australian batting order as they took three wickets each.

Talking about playing elevens, The visitors made two changes to the playing eleven as Travis Head was brought in for Matt Renshaw, while Matthew Kuhnemann was handed his debut, coming in place of Scott Boland. On the other hand, India replaced Suryakumar Yadav for Shreyas Iyer, who has been India’s best Test batter since his debut.
