Rohit Sharma's Team India will embark on a multi-format tour to the Caribbean in July and August after a bittersweet run in the recently completed World Test Championship (WTC). In the third WTC versus the West Indies, two-time runner-up India will begin their pursuit of the elusive Test Mace. In July, Team India is set to participate in a two-Test series versus the West Indies.
The series opener between the two nations at Windsor Park in Dominica (12–16 July) is when the two-match Test series that will comprise the 2023–2025 ICC World Test Championship will begin. The second Test will be played at Trinidad's Queen's Park Oval from July 20 to July 24. The 100th Test involving India as well as the West Indies will be the match that decides the series.
Three One-Day Internationals (ODIs) will be played after the Test Series, with the first 50-over match taking place at Kensington Oval in Barbados on July 27. Barbados will also host the second ODI on July 29, while Trinidad will host the series finale at the Brian Lara Cricket Academy on August 1. The Indian team will then compete in a five match T20I series where the last two games will be played in the United States of America.
