MS Dhoni files a case against former business partners. The sources claim to have reported fraud of over INR 15 crores, which is a huge number. the former Indian cricketer has taken legal action against Mihir Diwakar and Soumya Vishwash. the two belong to a leading industry named Aarka Sports and Management Limited. The former Indian batter has accused his former partners of a big fraud.

The CSK captain has claimed to have been deceived by his former partners in regard to the establishment of cricket academies across the country. Dhoni has reported that he has sustained a huge loss of over INR 15 crores in the process. The star cricketer filed a case against the two in October 2023 in JM-24 Rajkumar Pandey's court and accused them of cheating.

In 2017, the ODI World Cup winner and Diwakar agreed to open a cricket academy. Reports claim that Diwakar did not follow a certain condition. Recently, the court witnessed the proceedings. Back in 2017, the agreement between the two happened, which could not come into force. As a result, the CSK player has sustained a loss of about INR 17 crores.

MS Dhoni's friend files complaint against Aarka Sports

In the ongoing case, the accusations of breach of agreement and deception have provided a different dimension. Dayanand Singh, the representative of MS Dhoni via Vidhi Associates has asked Mihir and co to fulfil the losses sustained. The 5-time IPL winner's representative has asked Aarka Sports to fulfil what was mentioned in the terms and conditions. Along with it, there has been a big twist in the case, which might be a big turn of events.

MS Dhoni's friend named Simant Lohani has also filed a case against Aarka Sports. The friend of the former captain of India has alleged that he faced threats and abuses from Mihir as he took legal action against the company. It is to be seen whether Dhoni and his friend would be able to get justice. Dhoni will be in action in the IPL 2024 in the summer.
