Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur once again happened to fall on the receiving end of an unfortunate dismissal in a run-out. The incident happened in the ongoing only Test between India Women and England Women at the Dr DY Patil Sports Complex in Navi Mumbai. Notably, this ‘run-out’ dismissal of Harmanpreet Kaur was similar to the one she got dismissed on, in the first semi-final against Australia during the Women’s T20 World Cup 2023.
The video of this unexpected incident with Indian skipper Harmanpreet Kaur is also making rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by a user over X (formerly Twitter). It happened when Kaur was approaching the batting crease with a quite casual approach and the England fielder Danni Wyatt threw a direct hit at the stumps. Later, during the third-umpire referral, Kaur was found not landing her bat properly in the crease; eventually, she was declared run-out by the TV umpire Virender Sharma.
