The young Indian batting sensation Yashasvi Jaiswal smashed another century in the ongoing five-match Test series against England. He completed his fiery century on the third of the ongoing third Test of the series. It is also his 4th international century just in the 29th international innings of his career.

Jaiswal got retired hurt at the individual score of 104 runs with 9 fours and 5 sixes with the bat; he also stitched an amazing partnership of 155 runs for the second wicket with Shubman Gill. On the back of Jaiswal’s century, India have scored 189 runs for the loss of only one wicket in 45.2 overs.

At the time of filling this copy, Shubman Gill and Rajat Patidar are playing there in the middle for the hosts as the former has also scored 61 runs, with 6 fours and 2 sixes.

Earlier on the third day, India bundled out England at the score of 319 runs in the first innings, taking a big lead of 126 runs at the end of the first innings. Star England opener Ben Duckett scored a brilliant century, scoring 153 in the first innings, with 23 fours and 2 sixes. India’s pace spearhead Mohammed Siraj scalped 4 wickets for India in the first innings, alongside two wickets each picked by Kuldeep Yadav and Ravindra Jadeja. Besides these three, Jasprit Bumrah and Ravichandran Ashwin also picked one wicket each.

Coming back to Jaiswal, he has been in sensational batting form in the ongoing five-match Test series against England; the 22-year-old young opener also smashed a brilliant double century for India in the second Test in Vishakhapatnam.
