Zadran became the fastest Afghanistan batter to 1000 ODI runs in 24 innings and has the best average among all their ODI batters: 49.27. The 21-year-old batter was the highest run scorer for his side scoring 376 runs in 9 matches. Teams will keep an eye on the batter and the Afghan youngster might get a good buy as well.
4. Finn Allen
Finn Allen the New Zealand opener is a firepower at the top of the order. He was in the RCB side and came in as a replacement for wicket-keeper batter Josh Philippe for the 2021 edition of IPL. The opener also gives the option of keeping an as well. In the previous edition, he could not find a spot in the side after being picked for 80 lakhs INR. The batter has an impressive strike rate of 160.41 in 28 T20Is and will be a good option for many sides.
3. Phil Salt
Phil Salt is the English explosive opener that the teams will be keeping an eye on. He played a 109 runs innings in 56 balls, in a 223-run chase against the West Indies on Sunday. Salt was picked by Delhi Capitals (DC) in the 2023 edition and the opener played 9 matches for the franchise but he was not able to perform as per expectations, he scored 87 runs against RCB and had a strike rate of 163.91, and scored 218 runs. With the runs coming a couple of days before the auction he might get a good price from the franchises.
2. Rassie van der Dussen
Rassie van der Dussen the South African middle order batter, can get into the bidding war as he showed exceptional qualities in playing spin in the ODI World Cup 2023 in India. Rassie was previously with the Rajasthan Royals (RR) where he played just three matches and could not have any impact, and he was not used by the franchise properly. The batter can be a good option in the middle order for any franchise giving them the option to firepower and anchor the innings whenever required.
1. Harry Brook
Harry Brook, is another English batter who has the versatility to bat anywhere in the side. Brook got a big amount of price 13.75 crore INR from Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) but he failed to perform and scored only 190 runs, with one hundred against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). He will be a player to watch out for in the auction as the teams might go big for him and try to fetch the English batter.
