ENG vs IND 1st ODI: Mithali Raj set to achieve big record
Indian captain Mithali Raj has completed 22 years of playing One Day International cricket. This is most by any female cricketer in the world. The senior cricketer added another feather to her illustrious cap on Sunday (June 27) when she will lead India against England in the first ODI in Bristol. Mithali Raj has become the first-ever female player and second overall after the legendary Sachin Tendulkar to have completed 22 years in ODI format. The 38-year-old had made her ODI debut for India at the age of 16. She played her first match against Ireland in June 1999. Since then, Mithali Raj has been an indispensable part of the Indian women's team across all the formats of the game.
