The stage is all set for the IPL 2024 mini-auction, which is set to be held later this month on Sunday, December 19. A total of 1166 players are in the IPL 2024 auction register, including 830 Indians and 336 overseas cricketers. The list of registered players includes 212 capped, 909 uncapped, and 45 associate cricketers.
Speaking of the players of India, there are a total of 18 capped players in the auction register for the upcoming edition of the tournament. 4 out of these players, including Harshal Patel, Kedar Jadhav, Sharul Thakur, and Umesh Yadav have set their base price at an amount of INR 2 crores. The rest 14 cricketers have a base price of INR 50 Lakhs.
With said that, here we’ll have a look at the 5 capped Indian players with a base price of 50 Lakh, who can grab a big deal and get a good amount in crores during the IPL 2024 mini-auction.
Chetan Sakariya
The young pacer Chetan Sakariya was recently released by Delhi Capitals on the IPL 2024 retention day ahead of the mini-auction for the next edition of the tournament. Earlier, he also played for Rajasthan Royals. In his short IPL career of 3 years, Sakariya has scalped 20 wickets in 8 innings, he got to bowl in the 19 matches, he played in the tournament.
Considering the big potential in him, the teams might go ahead to pick him in their squad for the next edition of the Indian Premier League.
Manish Pandey

Shivam Mavi
Most recently, it was in August 2023, the Noida-born young pacer Shivam Mavi played for the Central Zone in the Deodhar Trophy 2023. He produced some economical bowling performances alongside a few quick cameos with the bat for his side in the tournament.
