Former batsman Rahul Dravid is most likely to company the Indian cricket team during the Sri Lanka tour in July. According to a report in Cricbuzz, there are high possibilities that Dravid, along with his staff at the National Cricket Academy, will go along with the Indian team on their Sri Lanka tour. There is no official confirmation on this, but it indeed is on the cards. Likely, India’s head coach Ravi Shastri, bowling coach Bharat Arun and batting coach Vikram Rathour will not be able to support the cricketers on the tour of Sri Lanka. Virat Kohli and his team would be in the UK for the maiden ICC World Test Championship final. After the conclusion of WTC, India will play a five-match Test series against England.
